Our Results
Not projections: what's already happened.
Here's a look at real Lean transformations, in our clients' own numbers.
How We Get Results
Every engagement starts the same way: we map the real process, not the one on paper, by following the actual work as it happens. From there, we run focused improvement events where the people doing the work every day, not outside consultants, redesign it themselves. That's what separates a real result from a report that sits on a shelf: the people closest to the problem are the ones fixing it, and they're the ones who keep it fixed after we leave.
How We Track It
Results aren't just a feeling, they're measured against a real baseline before an event ever starts. Every engagement tracks specific, concrete measures: space utilization, walking distance per task, lead time, defect rates, cycle time, whatever actually matters to that process. We also track results at the organizational level across six categories: Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Morale, and Productivity (QCDSMP), so improvement isn't just faster, it's better, safer, and more sustainable at the same time.
30+ Years of Results
Our team's Lean work goes back to 1985, starting in manufacturing before proving out in healthcare, construction, and distribution. Three decades in, the method hasn't changed: find the real bottleneck, put the people doing the work in charge of fixing it, and measure what actually happens next.

Case Studies
Construction
$289 million saved across six hospital construction projects.
Healthcare
Surgical wait times cut by 75%, then a further 78%.
Distribution
$579,417 saved annually by finding the real bottleneck.
