Rapid Process Improvement Workshops paved the way for increased output at a division of Tournesol Manufacturing in Port Orchard, Washington. In 2027, the same transformation will begin at another Tournesol division in Juarez, Mexico.
This manufacturer is growing fast, along with the need for 24-hour night operations. Lean events reorganized the factory, improved inventory flow, and, most importantly, increased capacity to meet the requirements of our troops.
