Our Clients
A look at some of the organizations we've worked alongside, and what Lean actually looked like on their projects.

Tournesol
A series of Rapid Process Improvement Workshops at a Tournesol division in Port Orchard, Washington, helped double the plant’s revenue in 12 months. In 2027, the same approach will extend to another Tournesol division in Juarez, Mexico.
Bayley Construction
Full seismic retrofit of an 8-story building on the largest single block in downtown Seattle, home to a Macy's retail store. The scope includes clearing the top three floors for tenant improvements, a new covered clerestory addition, and seven concrete shear walls running the full height of the building. Using Lean Construction's Last Planner system, coordinating roughly 40 tasks across 22 trades daily, Bayley's team has sustained better than 90% Percent Planned Complete.
Open Square
A Steelcase office furniture distributor, applying the same Last Planner system to connect every step from customer order to final installation, ensuring materials arrive exactly when needed.
First Nations Health Authority (FNHA)
British Columbia's first province-wide health authority of its kind in Canada. Supporting FNHA's process optimization work to ensure the right providers, facilities, and equipment are in place, region by region.
Concept Group
Electrical contractor supporting the new Saskatchewan Hospital North Battleford. We applied our 3P design process during the project's design phase, alongside 5S and Kanban systems for on-site organization.
Veterans Affairs, San Jose
In partnership with Rona Consulting Group (now part of Moss Adams), helping this VA clinic prepare for a move to a new outpatient facility, working to cut average patient wait times in half through standardized "warm handoffs" between providers.
