Lean Integrated LLC & Lean Integrated International are Lean consulting organizations dedicated to the cultural transformation model. Our healthcare team includes, doctors, nurses, and healthcare executives, each with their own transformation experience. Our construction team includes owners, architects and executive contractors each with their own Lean implementation background. Our manufacturing and service teams lead the way, with projects ranging from large aircraft assembly to desktop computers, from yacht manufacturing to financial customer service. While members of our team were implementing the largest Lean healthcare transformation ever undertaken, 44,000 providers in all, our construction and manufacturing teams trained and certified lean practitioners across North America.
The Lean Integrated executive team began their Lean journeys as early as 1985. While nearly all Lean activity was focused on manufacturing, It quickly became evident that Lean enjoyed equal results in Healthcare, Construction, Distribution, Finance, Education, Government, etc. Around the turn of the century, healthcare and construction began to take notice. Our executive team also took notice. As early adopters on both fronts, they discovered that Lean consistently provides the outcomes our clients are seeking. Over the years, the leaders of many of these projects, have joined our team to share their insights and experience.
Although the title of this chart refers to the construction industry, clearly healthcare and education face equally somber results.
Over the past 30 years, members of our team have provided Lean services and training for many companies in many industries including Boeing, Genie Industries, ADIC, Glacier Bay, United Marine, Rendezvous Industries, Virginia Mason, Florida Hospital Zephyrhills, and the Saskatchewan Ministry of Health. Our early training was received directly from Japanese manufacturing management, which included study missions to Japan. Our training materials, tools, methodologies and philosophies come directly from the source. We embrace the opportunity to work with and learn from our mentors, as well as our clients.
